Offline Submission
Offline submission for the Model Search involves the following steps:

  1. Read Model Search Regulations
  2. Submitting your vitals by mail
  3. Submitting your photos by mail

Click here to view and print the Vitals Form. Once you have printed and filled out your vitals, move on to Step 3.
Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for the Vitals Form. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, click here to get your free copy.
 
 
Step 3 of 4
Click here to refer to the Photo Guidelines if you missed them earlier. Collect 4 current snapshots according to the the Guidelines and any additional photoshoot material available. Once you have collected your photos, move on to Step 4.
